【摘要】:ThispartofISO6721describesatorsional,non-resonancemethodfordeterminingthecomponentsoftheshearcomplexmodulusGofsolidpolymersintheformofbarsorrodsatfrequenciestypicallyintherange0,001Hzto100Hz.Themethodissuitableformeasuringdynamicstoragemodulirangingfromabout10MPa,whichistypicalofvaluesobtainedforstiffrubbers,tovaluesofabout10GPawhicharerepresentativeoffibre-reinforcedplastics.Althoughmaterialswithmodulilessthan10MPamaybestud-ied,moreaccuratemeasurementsoftheirdynamicpropertiescanbemadeusingsimpleshear(seeISO6721-6)ortorsionaldeformationsofthinlayersbetweenparallelplates.Thismethodisparticularlysuitedtothemeasurementoflossfactorsgreaterthan0,1andmaythereforebeconvenientlyusedtostudythevariationofdynamicpropertieswithtemperatureandfrequencythroughmostoftheglass-rubberrelaxationregion(seeISO6721-1:1994,subclause9.4).Theavailabilityofdatadeterminedoverwiderangesofbothfrequencyandtemperatureenablemasterplotstobederived,usingfrequency-temperatureshiftprocedures,whichdisplaydynamicpropertiesoveranextendedfre-quencyrangeatdifferenttemperatures.Althoughlossfactorsbelow0,1maybemoreaccu-ratelydeterminedusingthetorsionpendulum(seeISO6721-2),themethoddescribedinthispartofISO6721enablesamuchwiderandcontinuousfre-quencyrangetobecovered.
