【摘要】:ISO17666:2003extendstherequirementsofISO14300-1,theprinciplesandrequirementsforintegratedriskmanagementonaspaceproject.Itexplainswhatisneededtoimplementaproject-integratedriskmanagementpolicybyanyprojectactor,atanylevel(i.e.customer,first-levelsupplier,orlower-levelsuppliers).ISO17666:2003containsasummaryofthegeneralriskmanagementprocess,whichissubdividedintofour(4)basicstepsandnine(9)tasks.Theimplementationcanbetailoredtoproject-specificconditions.Theriskmanagementprocessrequiresinformationexchangeamongallprojectdomainsandprovidesvisibilityoverrisks,witharankingaccordingtotheircriticalityfortheproject.Theserisksaremonitoredandcontrolledaccordingtotherulesdefinedforthedomainstowhichtheybelong.ISO17666:2003isapplicabletoallspaceprojectphases,asdefinedinISO14300-1.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprogrammeorprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinISO17666:2003shouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaprogrammeorproject.
