【摘要】:Thisisoneofaseriesofguidesdesignedtoprovideguidanceforimplementingactivitiesthatmeettherequirementsofasoundlaboratoryqualityassuranceprogram.Thefirstofthese,GuideC1009,isanumbrellaguidethatprovidesgeneralcriteriaforensuringthequalityofanalyticallaboratorydata.Otherguidesprovideexpandedcriteriainvariousareasaffectingquality,producingacomprehensivesetofcriteriaforcontrollingdataquality.TheapproachtoensuringthequalityofanalyticalmeasurementsdescribedintheseguidesisdepictedinFig.1.ThetrainingandqualificationofanalystsisoneoftheelementsoflaboratoryqualityassurancepresentedinGuideC1009,whichprovidessomegeneralcriteriaregardingqualification.Thisguideexpandsonthosecriteriatoprovidemorecomprehensiveguidanceforqualifyinganalysts.AsindicatedinGuideC1009,thequalificationprocesscanvaryinapproach;thisguideprovidesonesuchapproach.Thisguidedescribesanapproachtoanalystqualificationthatisdesignedtobeusedinconjunctionwitharigorousprogramforthequalificationandcontroloftheanalyticalmeasurementsystem.Thisrequiresanexistingdatabasewhichdefinesthecharacteristics(precisionandbias)ofthesysteminroutineuse.TheinitialdevelopmentofthisdatabaseisdescribedinGuideC1068.Theprocessdescribedhereisintendedonlytoqualifyanalystswhensuchadatabaseexistsandthemethodisincontrol.Thequalificationactivitiesdescribedinthisguideassumethattheanalystisalreadyproficientingenerallaboratoryoperations.Thetrainingorotheractivitiesthatdevelopedthisproficiencyarenotcoveredinthisguide.Thisguidedescribesabasicapproachandprinciplesforthequalificationoflaboratoryanalysts.Usersarecautionedtoensurethatthequalificationprogramimplementedmeetstheneedsandrequirementsoftheirlaboratory.FIG.1QualityAssuranceofAnalyticalLaboratoryData1.1Thisguidecoversthequalificationofanalyststoperformchemicalanalysisorphysicalmeasurementsofnuclearfuelcyclematerials.Theguidanceisgeneralinthatitisapplicabletoallanalyticalmethods,butmustbeappliedmethodbymethod.Also,theguidanceisgeneralinthatitmaybeappliedtoinitialqualificationorrequalification.1.2Theguidanceisprovidedinthefollowingsections:SectionQualificationConsiderations4DemonstrationProcess5StatisticalTests6【英文标准名称】:Solidhardmetalendmillswithcylindricalshank-Dimensions.
